To register and maintain an Account on lv888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

• You must not be subject to any court or regulatory order that prohibits you from entering into binding legal agreements.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or agent of lv888 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such persons.
• You must register on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account.

lv888 reserves the right to carry out KYC checks at any time, including at the point of withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts. Users who fail to pass verification within the stated timeframe may have withdrawal processing paused until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password at all times.

lv888 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the deposit page at the time of transaction and are subject to change.
• lv888 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• lv888 reserves the right to reverse or hold any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified against your Account identity details.

Withdrawals from lv888 will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. lv888 targets the following indicative processing times, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by banking system availability or verification requirements:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes from approval.
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours.
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes during operating hours.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification checks before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All active wagering requirements associated with bonus credit must be satisfied before withdrawal of funds derived from bonus activity.
• lv888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals above certain threshold amounts as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

lv888 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the stated validity period, after which any unconverted bonus credit and associated winnings will be removed from your Account without notice.
• lv888 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected abuse of bonus programmes — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage, or use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any affected balances.
• Birthday bonuses and tier-based rewards are subject to account verification and VIP tier status at the time of the applicable period.

All bets placed and games played on lv888 are subject to the rules of the individual game or market as displayed within the Platform at the time of play. By placing a bet or commencing a game session, you acknowledge and accept those rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. lv888 will not cancel or reverse a bet on the basis of user error unless there has been a technical fault attributable to the Platform.
• In the event of a technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a game or bet, lv888 reserves the right to void affected rounds or wagers and refund the corresponding stakes.
• Odds on sports markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• lv888 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lv888 Platform:

• Registering an Account while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.

lv888 reserves the right to take immediate action — including Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities — where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected.

lv888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to pass KYC or age verification procedures within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity — Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be designated inactive; lv888 will notify the account holder by email prior to any balance deduction.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any pending wagering requirements will be cancelled, and withdrawable balances will be processed to the verified payment method on record within the standard processing timeframe.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lv888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of lv888.
